Ferrari and Davide Rigon will continue their partnership, with the contract linking the professional driver, born in 1986, to the Maranello-based Marque having been renewed. He will continue to compete for Ferrari in the leading international endurance series.

Born in Thiene, in the province of Vicenza, the experienced Italian driver, after an important spell in single-seaters, moved to racing with closed-wheel cars in 2013, distinguishing himself both in the FIA WEC and in other championships including the GT World Challenge Europe, the European Le Mans Series and the Asian Le Mans Series.

Rigon also has a long and successful experience in America, in the IMSA championship, where the driver clinched the title in the Endurance Cup in GTD Pro (2022), together with Daniel Serra; in 2024 Rigon won the 24 Hours at Daytona in GTD Pro, bringing Ferrari victory in the most important endurance event in the USA ten years after its previous win, together with Serra himself, Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado.

In the FIA WEC, among his main results, Davide Rigon contributed to Ferrari winning the GT Manufacturers’ title in the GTE-Pro class (2014) and finished second in class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in LMGTE Pro (2015). He also secured the final World Championship win for the 488 GTE Evo in LMGTE Am (2023) and the first for the 296 LMGT3 (2024), both at Fuji.

In 2026 the driver continues his commitment to the FIA World Endurance Championship at the wheel of the 296 LMGT3 Evo of Vista AF Corse, shared with Thomas Flohr and Francesco Castellacci, as well as competing in IMSA and the ELMS.

Davide Rigon is also involved with Scuderia Ferrari HP, supporting the team in the work carried out on the simulator.

Davide Rigon: “I am delighted with the renewal, continuing a journey with Ferrari that began in 2010. With the Prancing Horse I have been fortunate enough to win many races driving beautiful and competitive cars. Every time I enter Maranello I feel the same emotion as on the first day, feeling part of this extraordinary family. When I get into the cockpit I know I can achieve great results because I have the confidence that I am working with a group of great professionals within a unique company. For the future, the objective is to continue achieving great milestones together with Ferrari.”

Antonello Coletta, Global Head of Endurance and Corse Clienti: “Our relationship with Davide began several years ago and together we have built a journey that has seen the entire endurance group progress and achieve great results. Among the results achieved together are the unforgettable victory at the 24 Hours at Daytona in 2024 and the Endurance Cup title in IMSA, together with Daniel Serra, two years earlier. Important achievements in endurance racing that are complemented by the valuable work carried out by Davide on the simulator with the F1 group. Trust and esteem are the basis of a renewal that is in the name of continuity, with the aim of continuing to achieve great results in the most important championships in the world”.
